For your convenience we have uploaded our Puppy deposit/ Payment plan form.   This form  is used for placing a puppy of your choice on hold and/ or to set up a payment plan.. Please print out and email to www.LittlePawzYorkies.com

** Please make sure to notify us before completing form to verify pup is still available.

** If you are requesting a payment plan, we must approve weekly/ Biweekly payment amount.

** After our approval the  $500 deposit can be sent via  paypal  to LittlePawzYorkies@yahoo.com

** If you are leaving a deposit for an upcoming litter please be as detail as possible regarding wanting pup examples : Pup Sire & Dam, Size, Features , Color, Coat, etc. ( you may put this information anywhere on the form.)
